3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, leaking, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To speed up the process, please send:

- Package photos
- Order details
Our team will review the case quickly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Policy
We offer two convenient refund options:
Store Voucher
Receive a store voucher equal to your refund amount.
- Valid for 3 months
- Can be used on any future order at MakeupandSerums
Cash Refund
If preferred, we can process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund initiated within 48 to 72 hours after approval
- Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment provider
5. Important Notes
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted
- MakeupandSerums reserves the right to inspect returned items before approval
